WARNING: Regarding EXPO-GUIDE or FAIRGUIDE
The Saskatchewan Oil & Gas Show is aware of two exhibition-related directories published under the names EXPO-GUIDE and FAIR GUIDE. These publication(s) and related websites target exhibitors offering listings and advertising space.

These organizations use a form which resembles an organizer’s free catalogue listing service, inviting exhibitors to sign ...and return the form for an entry in an on-line directory. Exhibitors who sign and return the form are contracted into a non-retractable agreement at significant cost for an extended period, unless cancelled by registered letter within the appropriate period.

Please note that neither EXPO-GUIDE nor FAIR GUIDE represent the Saskatchewan Oil and Gas Show or the Weyburn Oilshow Board nor have we authorized them to use our name or logo on information they send out to exhibitors.

If you are contacted regarding EXPO-GUIDE and/or FAIR GUIDE using our name or the name of our event offering advertising space in EXPO-GUIDE or on the Fair Guide website www.fairguide.com, please do not sign anything unless you have carefully read and understood the terms contained in the small print.

2013 Exhibitor Registration will open in June 2012. 

The on-line registration form will be available here. 

  • A mailing will be sent to 2011 exhibitors in June 2012 giving them them the opportunity to book the space they had in the 2011 show.  The deadline to respond is September 30, 2012. 
  • Any spaces left available will then given on a first come, first serve basis with preference to those that are directly related to the oil and gas industry.
  • We will start taking wait list registrations in July 2012 on the website.

f you are interested in attending the show as a visitor - attendance to the show is free – we just ask that you register yourself at our registration booth at the show.
