1989The June 1989 Show had 233 exhibitors, 5000 in attendance and was highlighted by the first ever Saskatchewan Oil Patch Reunion. It attracted over 800 Saskatchewan born industry people who have worked throughout the Industry, to return to Saskatchewan from all over North America. Also, in conjunction with the Show and Reunion, we established several awards which will be considered an ongoing event with future Shows. These awards consist of Saskatchewan Hall of Fame Inductees. These awards are presented to past and present Saskatchewan residents who have made their mark by building, developing, and enhancing the oil and gas industry in Canada and beyond. |
